Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange if:

• The product has a size issue

• There is a manufacturing defect

Important:

To be eligible for an exchange, please provide a 360° unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This helps us ensure fair service to all our customers.

Returns

Currently, we do not offer returns unless there is a major defect or wrong product sent. In such cases, the 360° unboxing video is also required.
